Unlike other restaurants, we own a fishing boat that specialises in catching scampi (prawns, langoustines), shrimps, and an array of Adriatic premium fish.
That means only one thing - our daily seafood offering is as fresh as possible.

Oil from our
olive grove.
We are proud owners of a two-hectare olive grove located in a neighboring village Vrh, not too far from our restaurant.
Every year, we produce extra virgin olive oil and serve it in our restaurant.
You need to try it!
No reservations.
There is no need to call for a table in Šime, as we are typically not taking reservations.
Konoba Šime is a high-traffic restaurant and tables free up quickly. Our staff will meet you at the reception and provide the most current information on the table availability.
However, if you're a group of eight or more, send us a WhatsApp text and we’ll save you a large table.
